Between 2013 and 2017, I witnessed my business decline due to legislative changes that had a negative impact on my operations. By 2020, my business was starting to grow when COVID-19 hit, and everything came to a sudden halt. In June 2021, at the age of 68, when my wife announced she wanted to sell everything and move to Mexico, I was more than a little panicked. We sold our home, everything we owned, and one of our two cars, and off we went to Mazatlan, Mexico. Today (April 2025), we are in a far better position than we were. We have a great home in Arizona, money in the bank, and a better income than I ever dreamed possible. My goal today is to provide proven ideas that can help people who want to retire or are retired but have limited savings and income.
